Kraftin Kimmie Challenge inspiration!

Good morning and welcome to our

Monthly Saturday Challenge Mid Inspiration Post

We are back today with an inspirational post showcasing more ideas to inspire you and help get your creative juices flowing!

We can't wait to see what you create!

This month the challenge themes for you are:

STITCHING, STENCILS AND/OR ORANGE!

You can choose any or all - whatever inspires you!

I chose to colour up this cutie from Kitty Kapers, as It’s the one year anniversary of my clinic cat’s passing. This card makes me smile as Bucket was always so mischievous like this kitty.

I also inked up the Cozy Check Stencil with Bashful Blush, and Cool Cantaloupe.

For the stitching prompt I chose to hand stitch a few areas on the panel with lilac metallic thread.

I kept the design of this one simple so that the stitching and kitty could be the stars of the show.

Every month we post a brand new challenge with three themes to choose from, and a mid month inspiration post with even more creative ideas! You are welcome to enter as many times as you like.

This month's challenge will remain open until May 5th.

Today I decided to make a card using two of our new sets Perfect Adventures and Majestic Mountains!

I thought it would be too cute if I showed his photo of the time he visited the mountains in a polaroid frame.

I combined pattern paper and a Gelli Print background made with the new Charming Chevron Stencil.

I added some enamel dots, and some stickers for a more layered look. I love that I could give this card to one of my male family members!

Krafty Peeks Day 3: Dino-mite

Today is our final day of Krafty Peeks for the April Release

at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

We are so excited to share a fabulous prehistoric dinosaur set

by artist Neda Sadreddin

called...

DINO-MITE!

These awesome dinos are ready to party and send some sweet wishes out to their friends!

I started by using the chevron stencil and my gelli plate to make a subtle background panel.

I then randomly stamped the Dino’s over top the chevron design and coloured them in with Copics.

I then added a pattern paper strip, some die cuts, and the sentiment.

These Dino’s are so cute I couldn’t decide between using just one!
