November Monthly Challenge 

Mid Month Inspiration! 

Every month we post a brand new challenge with a choice of themes to choose from, and a mid month inspiration post with even more creative ideas! 

This month our challenge themes for you are:

Snow and/or Stencils!

Krafty Girl, Sabrina is our Hostess this week!

You can choose one theme or combine them!
Enter as many times as you like all month long!
It's a Choose Your Own Krafty Adventure!

The monthly challenges are a great way to inspire you and help get your creative mojo going!  We've got some fabulous prompts for you and can't wait to see what YOU create!

I made a mix media tag using Sweet Snowflakes stencil debossed with my Sizzix big kick, then inked with Crisp Crimson, and Rich Rust . I then added white gesso along the outside borders of the tag for a snowy look.

I made this tag during Nov 11 Kolour along, so check that out if you want to learn more about how it was made.

I coloured up one of Krafty Elves in no line colouring, and placed her over top of a large snowflake. 

I lastly added the handmade by: sentiment and cut out a banner to write my name with a gel pen. 

You are welcome to enter as many times as you like. These must be new creations and you are welcome to use any stamp, however, using Kraftin' Kimmie Stamp products will earn you double entries!

Holiday Release Recap!

 This weekend we are having a very special

RELEASE RECAP EVENT!!

I had so much fun colouring up our new Flaming Holidays stamp set with some Aqua and Auburn colours! 

To match my colour palette I inked up the latest layering stencil Holiday Ornaments with Rich Rust and Aqua Adventure, then added cookie dough stencil butter to add some shimmer. 

I’m so happy with our newest dragons!

November Scrappy Challenge with Kraftin Kimmie stamps

 Good morning, my Krafty Friends!

It's November and that means it's time for a new
Skrappy Challenge
at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!  

The theme of course is ANYTHING BUT A CARD!

For this challenge you can make anything that strikes your fancy....except a card!  So design a new scrapbook page, bookmark, tag, altered item, planner page, art journal, ATC cards...whatever you like! 

Just make sure to include some Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps products and make sure it's a new creation! 

Ooops I forgot that I signed up for the challenge this month! So I came home and told myself let’s make a quick tag!

I first embossed with our  Christmas Candy stencil and inked up the debossed side with Crisp Crimson, Sandy Shores, Tranquil Teal. I then inked over the panel with Wicked Black.

I then grabbed the first Christmas stamp set that was close to me, which just happens to be one of my favs: Yummy Christmas. 

I added a pattern paper circle and a sentiment heat embossed in white. 

All in all this took me 60 minutes, which just goes to show you that you can make a quick project even in a time crunch.
